Chess Outline does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. The extension does not use analytics, tracking, or any third-party services.
The extension requires access to chess.com pages solely to read board positions and render visual overlays on the chess board. No data from these pages is collected or sent anywhere.
User preferences (toggle states, display settings) are saved locally in your browser using chrome.storage.local. This data never leaves your device.
Chess Outline does not share any data with third parties. There are no external network requests.
