Summary
Unity developer with 16 shipped mobile titles, and game feel is the part I care about most. My strongest
skills are core gameplay mechanics, performance on low-end devices, and the editor tools designers work in.

- Architecture
- Dependency injection (Zenject, VContainer), MVC/MVP, reusable module design, custom Unity Editor tools
- Unity
- UniTask, DOTween, Addressables, MessagePipe, URP, shaders (vertex animation, Shader Graph), Odin Inspector

Experience
Unity Developer · Self-employed
September 2025 – present
- Built an HTML5 playable ad in one week, my first time shipping to the
web: 800 units on screen at 60 FPS on an Amazon Fire 7 (2019, 1 GB RAM), in 2.9 MB out of a 5 MB budget.
One GameObject per unit only reached 10 FPS, so I baked the crowd into a custom vertex animation shader instead.
- Built Memory Foyer and ChessOutline,
detailed below.
Unity Developer · Vira Games
July 2022 – September 2025 · Remote
Mobile games studio, hyper-casual and hybrid-casual titles. I collaborated daily in one of several three-person pods (game
designer, artist and Unity developer) under a tech lead, producer and art lead. Carried each title from
first playable to store release.
- Shipped 16 Android titles in 38 months on Google Play and Amazon Appstore, every one running on a 1 GB Fire 7.
- Built the editor tools and content pipeline designers worked in: a level builder that cut colliders from ~50 to 5 per level, a branching dialogue editor, rope authoring, content generators.
- Extended the studio's shared SDK used by every team: analytics and attribution events (AppsFlyer), an ad-mediation upgrade (CAS), a one-click Tenjin to AppsFlyer swap.
- Rebuilt the biggest share of store builds when a store policy change put the studio's entire catalogue back through compliance.
- Made a title successful enough that the studio reskinned it twice: built one reskin, mentored the developer on the other.
- Built hybrid-casual meta systems: progression, in-game economy, battle pass, retention.
- Picked by the tech lead for the studio's VR hackathon, playable build in two weeks.
Selected shipped titles
All 16 are on the work page, each with its own case
- Jelly Merge. Cube-merging puzzle with a Lego-style cube-building meta. 4.5 stars from 1,400+ ratings on Amazon.
- Squishy Octopus. Obi Rope stretch mechanic with a custom level editor.
- Cowboy Shooter. Western shooter with IK-driven character animation and cover-based AI.
Personal projects
- Memory Foyer. Unity 6 spaced-repetition trainer (SM-2), built
in three weeks. Five-layer architecture (Domain / Application / Infrastructure / Presentation / Composition)
compile-enforced via .asmdef; Domain and Application are pure C# with no UnityEngine, covered by 12 EditMode
test suites. VContainer, UniTask, MessagePipe; in-editor deck-authoring tool.
- ChessOutline. Chrome extension for visualising chess tactics
(pins, forks, hanging pieces, square control) to help spot patterns while studying positions.
